Important Notes:
- All passengers have to report 01 hrs prior to the departure due to heavy rushes in railway station.
- We reserve the right to shuffle your itinerary as per the availability of the Hotels and train at the time of booking. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
- Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel and railway’s cancellation policy
- Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. In case any services are missed due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds
- Guests must carry a valid photo ID like Citizenship and passport
- Extra beds at hotels will be in the form of mattresses.
Payment
- To secure your reservation you need to make 50% of the total invoice amount as an advance and remaining balance you have to pay 7 days from the tour starts.
- If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
