✖ Alcoholic/Aerated beverages, bottled water.
✖ Camera and entrance fees at all tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
✖ Any medical and travel insurance.
✖ Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc., to be borne by the clients.
✖ Anything not mentioned in inclusions is excluded.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to shuffle your itinerary as per the availability of the hotels at the time of booking. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the concerned bus and hotel’s cancellation policy.
- The vehicle used is non-air-conditioned and is available for point-to-point services only and is not at disposal.
- Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. In case any services are missed due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any hassle and refunds.
- Guests must carry a valid photo ID (Citizenship Card/Driving License) for each member during traveling.
Payment:
- To secure your reservation, you need to make 50% of the total cost amount as an advance, and the remaining balance must be paid within 3 days of the date of departure.
- If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as canceled.
- Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the bus and hotel policies.
Note: Pax should not be less than 32 persons.
